Job Title

A proactive Loss Prevention Manager is required to oversee surveillance and security monitoring operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a CCTV team and supervise daily surveillance operations, ensuring effective monitoring of stores and properties.
  • Timely detection and escalation of security incidents or suspicious activity.
  • Develop and implement SOPs for surveillance workflows and emergency response.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align monitoring services with client requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Security Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations or security/surveillance management.
  • Proven experience in providing remote surveillance services, preferably for US-based operations.
  • Strong knowledge of CCTV systems and video analytics.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to manage teams and client interactions.
