Job Title: Director of Security Operations

About the Role

The Director of Security Operations will be responsible for overseeing and implementing effective security measures to safeguard SSGC assets within their area of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Evaluate and implement security protocols to ensure the safety of personnel, assets, and facilities.
  2. Maintain relationships with local union staff and coordinate responses to address their activities.
  3. Nurture and maintain collaborative partnerships with local intelligence networks and law enforcement agencies.
  4. Conduct regular assessments of integral and outsourced security elements operating within the area of responsibility.
  5. Establish a reliable information network within the local community.
  6. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies to ensure secure disconnection operations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree and a minimum of 17 years of experience in security management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • A deep understanding of security protocols and procedures.
