Lead Software Development Team

Job Description:

Our organization is seeking an experienced software engineer to lead the development of scalable software solutions. As a senior software engineer, you will be responsible for leading architecture, design, and development efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, mentoring junior developers, conducting code reviews, and identifying and fixing performance bottlenecks in existing applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on backend technologies.
  • Proficient in PHP (Laravel) or Python frameworks.
  • Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Familiarity with API design and microservices architecture.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
  • Proven track record of building scalable applications in a cloud environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
