  • Key Responsibilities:

    1. Project Management: Plan and manage project scope, budget, and timeline in alignment with agile principles alongside the project manager. Track project progress and address risks or roadblocks proactively.

    2. Mentorship: Mentor the team on agile and scrum practices, fostering a collaborative and self-organizing environment.

    3. Facilitation: Lead and facilitate scrum ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

    4. Communication: Ensure smooth communication and collaboration between the team, stakeholders, and product owner.

    5. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including user stories, acceptance criteria, sprint plans, and release notes.

  • Product Ownership:

    1. User Story Creation: Clearly communicate the product vision and business needs to the team. Create and refine user stories, maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog.

    2. Collaboration: Work closely with the development team to estimate tasks and features.

    3. Feedback: Conduct product demonstrations and gather feedback to improve the product.
