Job Overview

We are seeking highly motivated and skilled individuals to join our organization as Lead Generation Professionals.

This role is crucial for supporting financial professionals in expanding their client base and enhancing their market presence through outbound calling and online digital strategies.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and cultivate potential leads for various financial services including life insurance, property and casualty, home and auto insurance, and mortgage services via Outbound Calling and Online Digital Strategies.
  2. Conduct thorough research to understand financial markets and identify potential customer needs and trends.
  3. Assist in developing and maintaining a strong online presence for clients through strategic digital marketing efforts.
  4. Engage with potential leads through various communication channels, ensuring a professional and positive representation of clients.
  5. Accurately record and maintain lead information in CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  6. Implement effective follow-up strategies to nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
  7. Regularly track and report on lead generation and brand management activities and outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in lead generation, digital marketing, or brand management.
  • Strong understanding of the financial services industry, with an emphasis on Canadian markets.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global remote team.
