Key Accountabilities:
  • Accurate measurement of kitchen, Doors, Wardrobes, Office & Floorings
  • Verify drawing sizes kitchen, Doors, Wardrobes for correct ordering
  • Identify and mark critical points on kitchens (Gas, plumbing & Electric point) and lights in Wardrobes
  • Conduct thorough site inspections and collaborate with client architects and contractors to address site challenges
  • Ensure pre-delivery site inspections are conducted according to IWM standards
  • Develop and implement checklists, provide solutions, and verify them technically before sharing with relevant teams
  • Regularly meet with Client Supervisors/Clients to discuss project progress and troubleshoot issues
  • Coordinate with sales and design teams to plan upcoming installations and address site-related inquiries
  • Effectively resolve technical issues at the site, prioritizing safety and efficiency
  • Verify and validate contractors' bills and expenses to maintain accurate financial records
  • Conduct thorough final inspections after installation to ensure QA points are addressed before project handover
  • Supervise and manage site and contractor labor to optimize site productivity and efficiency
  • Submit regular reports to the Sites Manager detailing site status and progress
  • Timely process and document complaints with supporting evidence
