Data Administration Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior IT Professional with expertise in Data Administration to lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of data administration policy, standards, and models. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the integrity, security, and performance of our databases and data assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement data administration policy, standards, and models to ensure data quality and integrity.
  2. Manage database capacity planning, including analyzing growth rates and optimizing database performance.
  3. Develop and enforce security policies and procedures to protect data sources.
  4. Collaborate with business teams to identify data requirements and provide timely support.
  5. Fine-tune database recovery activities, backup, installation, version upgrade, and patching.

Requirements:
  • Advanced degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data administration.
  • Proven track record of managing complex data administration projects.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
