The Chief Operations Officer will be responsible for directing and overseeing designated departments and projects associated with the expansion and maintenance of the company's fiber network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reviewing and advising on various grant opportunities
  • Project engineering, right-of-way and permitting, contract development and review, and all aspects of the construction process

The COO recommends major improvements to processes, plant, and equipment to aid in the advancement of company objectives and acts as a representative for the organization, developing and maintaining positive, effective relationships with customers, community leaders, regulatory agencies, business partners and others.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or another related field
  • Previous experience in a senior leadership role within the telecommunications industry
  • Previous project management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically, solve problems, and lead others
