Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to lead our social media marketing efforts. This individual will be responsible for creating engaging content, developing and executing social media optimization strategies, and analyzing metrics to optimize our online presence.
Key Responsibilities:- Content Creation: Develop and implement a content strategy that resonates with our target audience, including creating high-quality text and video content daily on various social media platforms.
- Social Media Optimization: Conduct thorough research to stay updated on current market and social media trends, and adapt processes to suit our needs.
- Lead Generation: Utilize social media platforms to generate leads through CRM, and collaborate with the sales team to convert these leads into customers.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of social media specialists, track individual performance, and delegate tasks effectively.
- Technical Skills: Strong technical skills, proficiency in data analysis, and understanding of social media marketing tools and content management across channels.
- Social Media Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, and others.
- Creative Skills: Ability to deliver creative content, including text, image, and video, and solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a relevant field.
