Job Title: Software Project Management Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Project Management Leader to oversee and deliver software projects that meet or exceed client expectations. This individual will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle from inception to closure, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project scope, allocate resources, and establish schedules that meet or surpass project demands.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients through effective communication and meeting attendance.
  • Coordinate site meetings, distribute minutes, and facilitate stakeholder engagement.
  • Ensure seamless communication of project information to all stakeholders.
  • Maintain oversight of project progress and quality assurance.
  • Leverage project management tools to track plans, hours worked, and schedules.
  • Prioritize client needs for timely and cost-effective solutions.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to improve company processes, promoting a positive mindset among colleagues.
  • Oversee planning, development, verification, and risk management in software projects.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of core project management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science; Agile or PMI certifications are desirable.
  • Ability to work in Pakistan, preferably in the Lahore region.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and adapt to changing situations.
  • Exceptional communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong planning, implementation, and results-oriented abilities.
  • Ambitious and capable of delivering high-quality results under pressure.
  • Experience in creating project documentation and collaboration within teams.
  • Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and tools like Jira, MS Project, or Asana.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of collaboration and documentation tools such as Confluence.
  • Scrum certifications like CSM, PSM, PMI, or CSPO are advantageous.
