We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Software Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead cross-functional software development teams, manage project lifecycles from inception to delivery, and ensure the successful execution of client-focused software solutions. You'll work closely with stakeholders to translate business goals into technical deliverables and foster high-performing teams through agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

  • Define project scope, objectives, schedules, resource plans, and budgets
  • Create detailed project plans and monitor progress against milestones
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality software solutions within timeline and budget

Stakeholder & Client Management
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
  • Lead project meetings, provide status updates, and manage expectations
  • Translate business requirements into functional deliverables

Team Management
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA engineers, and DevOps
  • Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement

Risk & Issue Management
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Resolve issues proactively to keep projects on track

Process Optimization
  • Implement and improve agile and project management best practices
  • Ensure adherence to SDLC and project governance processes

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 5-8 years of experience managing software projects, with a proven track record of delivering scalable web and mobile applications
  • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and software development life cycle (SDLC)
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or MS Project
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in software engineering or technical understanding of modern tech stacks
  • Experience working in a consulting or multi-client services environment
