We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Consultant Specialist.

In this role, you will:

  1. Provide technical leadership and ongoing support for complex technologies and services to ensure their resiliency.
  2. Run Internal Change Review to ensure best change practices are in place, follow Mandatory Change Requirements, and manage ITIL Service operation processes including event management, incident management, problem management, and upgrades coordination.
  3. Drive automation initiatives, act as a liaison between team, management, IT service owners, and developers.
  4. Find solutions to improve daily operations, address bottlenecks using best problem management practices, and act as service recovery manager in case of service degradation following major system or software failures. Delegate activities, participate in, and run crisis calls with all necessary teams.
  5. Provide training to ensure smooth knowledge transfer of services, train team members and development teams, and maintain service documentation.
  6. Ensure daily global production service quality, manage problem and recovery processes, and maintain platform availability. Facilitate changes, identify, acknowledge, and prevent risks.
  7. Implement standard processes across IT systems and teams, act as an escalation point for resolving technical issues, and help determine requirements for new services introduced into production.
  8. Understand and promote compliance initiatives across services.
  9. Collaborate with globally located cross-functional teams to build customer-centric products.
