The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective students, understanding their needs, and guiding them in selecting the right courses.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales & Enrollment Management: Engage with prospective students, understand their needs, and guide them in selecting the right courses.
  2. Student Query Handling: Address administrative concerns related to enrollment, payments, access, and other student lifecycle matters.
  3. Communication & Follow-Ups: Proactively reach out via calls, WhatsApp, and emails to convert leads and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  4. CRM & Process Adherence: Maintain accurate student records, follow structured sales funnels, and optimize response times.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  1. Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage, convince, and build trust with students.
  2. Sales-Driven Mindset: Experience in sales, customer support, or student advisory roles is a plus.
  3. Process-Oriented & Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM, WhatsApp Business, and email management tools.
  4. High Volume Inquiries: Ability to handle high volumes of inquiries efficiently and work well under pressure.
  5. Passion for Education: Focus on structured processes and systems for student success.
