Responsibilities:

- Promote Kickstart's services across various segments, including SMEs and enterprises.
- Manage the sales process from initial prospecting to closure, focusing on high-priority clients.
- Foster collaboration between sales, marketing, community, and operations teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Utilize CRM tools to track and analyze sales performance, providing actionable insights and forecasts.
- Represent the company at critical meetings, presentations, and client engagements.
Qualifications:
- At least 7 years of B2B sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years in leadership or national sales roles.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated success in pipeline development and strategic deal closure.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Willingness to regularly travel between cities.
