About the Role:

Kickstart, a pioneering coworking space operator, seeks a visionary Country Sales Manager to spearhead nationwide growth initiatives, manage a geographically diverse sales team, and establish strong partnerships with key clients.

The successful candidate will be a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of driving sales growth, building high-performing teams, and fostering long-term relationships.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a cohesive sales strategy aligned with company objectives.
  2. Lead and develop a team of regional sales managers, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and resources to succeed.
  3. Promote Kickstart's services across various segments, including SMEs and enterprises.
  4. Manage the sales process from initial prospecting to closure, focusing on high-priority clients.
  5. Foster collaboration between sales, marketing, community, and operations teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  6. Utilize CRM tools to track and analyze sales performance, providing actionable insights and forecasts.
  7. Represent the company at critical meetings, presentations, and client engagements.

Qualifications:

  • At least 7 years of B2B sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years in leadership or national sales roles.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated success in pipeline development and strategic deal closure.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Willingness to regularly travel between cities.
