Housekeeping Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Housekeeping Operations Manager to join our team.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven professional to lead our housekeeping operations, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain Brand Cleanliness Standards: Ensure that all rooms and public areas meet the brand's cleanliness standards, conducting regular inspections to guarantee compliance.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide comprehensive training to housekeeping staff on all aspects of their role, including guest service, to equip them with the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional service.
- Implement Guest Satisfaction Measures: Assist in administering guest satisfaction inspection procedures and reporting, ensuring that our hotel meets or exceeds guest satisfaction measures.
- Schedule and Assign Rooms: Plan and assist supervisors in developing work schedules and room assignments with minimum disruption to guests.
- Empower Hotel Staff: Encourage responsiveness to guest needs, empowering hotel staff to deliver great guest service.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a supervisor in a hotel setting, preferably in housekeeping.
- Skills: Managed a housekeeping team, demonstrated functional expertise, computer literacy.
This is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will be an Associate-level professional.
