Job Title: Stenographer Position In Taxation Department

Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Stenographer to join our team in the Excise & Taxation department. As a Stenographer, you will be responsible for taking down verbatim notes of meetings, discussions, and other events.

Required Skills And Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as English, Communications, or Secretarial Science.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficient in stenography software and equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Others:

This is a contract basis job with working hours of 8 hours a day and 40 hours a week. The successful candidate will be based in Karachi and will be required to attend regular meetings and events.

  • Maintain and update records, files, and databases as required.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to the team and management as required.
