We seek a visionary and analytical professional to lead our biomedical team, driving excellence in medical equipment management.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement efficient processes for biomedical equipment maintenance, quality assurance, and training.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clinicians, HODs, and manufacturers' technical departments to drive strategic support and technical advancement.
- Collaborate with sales/marketing teams on product demonstrations, installations, and trainings, leveraging expertise in operating and clinical aspects of equipment.
- Conduct regular reviews of work completion data, project needs, and quality assurance issues to ensure seamless operations.
- Stay informed about competitor activities and market trends to enhance the organization's competitiveness and develop business growth strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical/Electronics with BBA or MBA (Essential).
- 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position with exceptional leadership skills (Essential).
- A high level of analytical, efficiency, detail-oriented, computer literate, and technically adept (Essential).
- Possess a pleasant personality with positive initiative and drive (Essential).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills are mandatory (Essential).
- Strong learning ability is crucial (Essential).
