Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled backend developer to join our team.

As a senior software engineer, you will play a key role in the design and development of our web applications.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop scalable, efficient, and reliable backend services and APIs.
  • Collaborate closely with front-end engineers, QA, product, and design teams to deliver seamless product experiences.
  • Write well-documented, reusable code following best practices and maintain coding standards.
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of RESTful APIs for external and internal consumption.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of Python/Django and experience working with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
  • Knowledge of asynchronous programming, queuing systems, and performance optimization techniques.
  • Experience with caching strategies (Redis, Memcached) and solid understanding of version control systems like Git.
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud services (preferably AWS).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with logging, monitoring, and alerting tools (e.g., ELK stack, Prometheus).
  • Prior experience working on high-traffic, large-scale applications.
