Job Overview

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create a compelling product vision, roadmap, and development strategy that aligns with organizational objectives.
  • Translate customer needs, business requirements, and emerging trends into actionable product features and enhancements.
  • Oversee the implementation of modern technologies, frameworks, and platforms to drive business growth.
  • R&D and Innovation:
  • Lead R&D initiatives to explore emerging technologies (AI/ML, automation, data platforms, etc.) and assess their business relevance.
  • Establish a structured approach to experimentation, prototyping, and proof-of-concept (PoC) development.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to evaluate cutting-edge tools, methods, and frameworks.
  • Translate R&D outcomes into viable product features, enhancements, or new offerings.
  • Software Architecture & Solution Design:
  • Create software/solution design and architecture as per business requirements.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, platforms, and tools to implement innovative solutions.
  • Prepare project proposals against issued requests for proposal.
  • Participate and lead software development as per the design.
