Student Services Manager

The ideal candidate for this role will possess a Master's degree in Social Sciences or a related field, with an MBA being given preference.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Leading Student Support Activities and Teams: Developing high-quality student support programs and teams that cater to the diverse needs of students.
  2. Establishing Industry Partnerships: Building strong relationships between the university and industry to enhance student learning opportunities.
  3. Departmental Operations Management: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of departments such as Student Support, Fees and Dues, and Admissions & Career Development, ensuring staff professional development and growth.
  4. Cultivating Inclusive Communities: Fostering inclusive communities within the student body and between students and faculty, promoting social cohesion and a sense of belonging.
  5. Maintaining Financial Assistance Policies: Ensuring effective utilization of university resources through sound financial assistance policies and procedures.
  6. Securing Job Placements and Internships: Assisting faculty and students in securing on-campus and off-campus job placements and internships, enhancing career prospects.
  7. Developing Counseling Programs: Collaborating with faculty to develop comprehensive student counseling programs that address academic and personal concerns.
  8. Fostering External Relationships: Establishing and maintaining relationships with external educational and industrial stakeholders to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  9. Maintaining Alumni Relations: Engaging alumni and generating activities that support their interests and career development.
  10. Coordinating Departmental Services: Coordinating departmental services, programs, and activities in areas such as counseling, new student orientation, student housing, and career services, ensuring seamless delivery of student support.
