Job Title: Passenger Service Associate

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Passenger Service Associate.

Key Responsibilities
  1. The ideal candidate must have experience working in a fast-paced environment handling high volumes of customer inquiries.
  2. Must be familiar with various dispatch systems and possess excellent communication skills.
  3. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing ride requests, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth communication flow between passengers and drivers.
  4. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers efficiently and professionally.
  5. Provide fare estimates and assist with ride-related queries, ensuring accurate information is provided to customers.
  6. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally, escalating if necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience working in a call center or customer-facing environment.
  • Familiarity with dispatch systems and ability to learn new technology quickly.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
