Job Title: eBay Seller Account Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled eBay seller account strategist to oversee and enhance the performance of our eBay store.

This role requires in-depth knowledge of eBay policies, product listings, order management, and account health maintenance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing eBay seller accounts, ensuring compliance with eBay guidelines, creating engaging product listings, monitoring account health, handling customer inquiries, and implementing strategies to boost sales and improve search rankings.

  1. Manage eBay seller account, ensuring adherence to eBay policies and best practices.
  2. Create compelling product listings with high-quality images and descriptive content.
  3. Monitor account health metrics and resolve any issues related to performance.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing queries, disputes, and returns in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and improve eBay search rankings through data-driven insights and market research.
  6. Analyze competitor activity and market trends to inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:

As an eBay seller account strategist, you will need to have:

  • Proven experience in managing eBay seller accounts, with a strong understanding of eBay listing optimization and keyword research.
  • Familiarity with eBay policies, selling limits, and dispute resolution procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Proficiency in tools like eBay Seller Hub, Terapeak, and third-party listing software is a plus.
