Aagahi Program Coordinator Job Description

The Aagahi Program Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our program. This includes monitoring Aagahi centers, conducting site visits, and telephonic surveys with various stakeholders. The coordinator will also train Region/Area Teams on planning, execution, data management, and analysis processes.

Responsibilities and Expectations:
  • Execute operational activities according to the work plan to guarantee timely task execution.
  • Foster field-level coordination and communication with Area Teams and TCF Principals to ensure seamless operations, data collection and entry, meet deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Review and update activity charts and timelines bi-annually.
  • Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNAs) and Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) to identify training needs and improvement areas.
  • Develop training materials and train Area Teams on program design and implementation.
