**Job Title:** Financial Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced financial professional to join our dynamic team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by providing expert financial planning, analysis, and management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Developing and implementing comprehensive financial plans and budgets
  2. Providing financial reporting and analysis to support business decisions
  3. Managing cash flow and expenses to ensure optimal resource allocation
  4. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and managing risk effectively
  5. Improving financial systems and processes to increase efficiency and productivity
  6. Managing payroll and ensuring accurate and timely payments
  7. Communicating effectively with stakeholders and building strong relationships

**Requirements:)

  • A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field from a reputable university; a master's degree or professional certifications are preferred
  • 2-3 years of practical experience in financial management, preferably within the healthcare sector
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems, especially Odoo
  • Strong communication, leadership, presentation, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
  • A demonstrated track record of producing high-quality work
