Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management processes
  • Process vendor invoices, payments, and vendor settlements
  • Manage customer invoicing, collections, and payment matching
  • Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow forecasting
  • Create and manage fixed assets, including asset creation, depreciation methods, and disposal processes

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Budgeting and cost management experience
  • Knowledge of revenue recognition and project accounting principles
  • Ability to handle inventory valuation and transportation costs
