We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Associate. The ideal candidate will have recently completed an MBA with a major in Digital Marketing or Business Development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Appointment Setting & Outreach: Engage with potential B2B customers, schedule qualified appointments, and support senior business development executives.
  • Market Research: Identify and analyze new business opportunities, competitors, and market trends to drive growth.
  • Lead Generation: Assist in developing pipelines of qualified prospects through digital channels (LinkedIn, email campaigns, etc.).
  • Client Communication: Support in drafting professional emails, proposals, and presentations for prospective clients to build strong relationships.
  • Reporting & Coordination: Maintain CRM records, track performance metrics, and provide regular progress updates to ensure accountability.
  • Digital Support: Assist with digital marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility and outreach, driving business growth.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Fresh MBA graduate (major in Digital Marketing / Business Development preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with clients.
  • Basic knowledge of B2B sales, CRM tools, and digital marketing to drive business growth.
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment to achieve goals.
