Role Description

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Associate
 to join our dynamic team. This role can be 
full-time on-site in Lahore
 or 
remote part-time
 for the right candidate.

As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for 
Upwork bidding
, 
LinkedIn Sales Navigator outreach
, lead generation, market research, and delivering compelling presentations. You will identify new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and effectively communicate with potential clients across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform 
    Upwork bidding
     and proposal writing to secure new projects.
  • Use 
    LinkedIn Sales Navigator
     to identify, connect, and engage with high-quality leads.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Deliver persuasive presentations and product demos to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.

Qualifications

  • 0–6 months of experience in business development, sales, or related roles (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong skills in lead generation and market research.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Good presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Familiarity with Upwork and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Experience in the technology sector is an advantage.
