Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer to spearhead AI innovation across our portfolio.

This role requires designing and implementing cutting-edge AI-driven solutions, elevating operational efficiency, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ai/ml Strategy and Execution
    • Develop and deploy AI/ml models across various industries.
    • Identify opportunities for ai-driven innovation in different sectors.
  2. Software Development and Integration
    • Build scalable software systems integrated with ai technologies to drive efficiency and business outcomes.
    • Collaborate with teams to seamlessly incorporate ai into operational workflows.
  3. Leadership and Team Building
    • Lead efforts to recruit and manage a talented local development team.
    • Establish and oversee a local office, creating a high-performance environment aligned with industry standards.
  4. Execution and Innovation
    • Ensure timely delivery of ai initiatives with a focus on speed, execution, and quality.
    • Encourage creative thinking and bring out-of-the-box solutions to complex challenges.
    • Stay updated on emerging ai technologies and tools to maintain a competitive edge.
    • Optimize ai models for real-world deployment with a focus on scalability and efficiency.

Key Qualifications:

  1. Education
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Ai, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Experience
    • Minimum 5+ years of software development experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on work in ai/ml.
    • Proven track record of deploying ai solutions in production and delivering results in high-pressure environments.
  3. Skills and Competencies
    • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++; frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn; and experience with cloud platforms like Aws, Azure, or Google Cloud.
    • Leadership Skills: Experience in recruiting, mentoring, and managing technical teams.
    • Execution Focused: Ability to deliver high-quality projects on time in a fast-paced environment.
    • Creative Problem-Solving: An entrepreneurial mindset capable of finding innovative solutions to complex challenges.
    • Detail-Oriented: Precision in project planning, coding, and execution.
