Quality Compliance Manager

About this role

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-focused professional to join our dynamic Quality team. As a key expert, you'll develop and refine Quality compliance programs to meet global standards and our specific supply chain requirements.

Your responsibilities

  • Developing and refining Quality compliance programs, ensuring alignment with regulations and internal policies.
  • Conducting comprehensive audits and site inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and internal procedures.
  • Analyzing compliance data to identify trends and recommending proactive improvements.
  • Collaborating with various teams to integrate Quality compliance into all Supply Chain processes.
  • Engaging and empowering regional teams on compliance practices, promoting a culture that prioritizes quality and compliance.
  • Preparing and presenting detailed compliance reports to senior management and regulatory authorities, ensuring transparency and assurance of compliance.

The experience we're looking for

  • A robust background in Quality Compliance, preferably with knowledge of applicable regulations and industry standards.
  • Proven analytical acumen, transforming data into strategic recommendations for improvement.
  • Exceptional communication skills, inspiring confidence across all levels of the business.
