Job Summary:

This role is responsible for overseeing all quality-related aspects of actual and potential deviations or non-conformances in accordance with regulatory requirements. This includes routine inspections to ensure compliance with policies, guidelines, and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an inspection readiness program to ensure compliance with regulations and preparedness for audits and inspections.
  • Analyze trends of observations, identify root causes, and mitigate impact on product/process quality.
  • Participate in quality risk management programs; identify new risks, provide risk assessments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on compliance-related matters to promote a culture of compliance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and communications to strengthen data integrity controls.
  • Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), quality policies, and other related guidelines and regulations.

Education/Knowledge & Experience:

  • Science graduate/master degree, preferably in chemistry or pharmacy.
  • Minimum 3-4 years' experience in quality assurance and compliance.
  • Knowledge of quality control processes, regulations, and documentation.
  • Familiarity with technical problem-solving and QA operations.
