Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Ad Optimization Specialist to manage Facebook and TikTok ad campaigns for multiple eCommerce brands. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing ad campaigns that drive real sales.

About the Role:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize Facebook and TikTok ad campaigns targeting USA, UK, Australia, Canada, and EU markets.
  • Develop tailored strategies for different brands and products.
  • Analyze ad performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with the team to align ads with product demand and landing pages.
  • Quickly troubleshoot and fix underperforming campaigns.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience running Facebook and TikTok ads for eCommerce.
  • Strong skills in targeting, bidding, and optimization.
  • Ability to read and interpret ad data and metrics.
  • Data-driven and results-focused.
  • Experience with dropshipping and physical products.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Good communication skills and fluent in English.
