Job Summary

This role involves collaborating with the team to translate business requirements into software design blueprints, ensuring the implementation team follows a cohesive lead and delivers projects according to agreed-upon designs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Participate in project phases from presales to delivery, reviewing overall proposals and user experience designs.
  • Provide valuable input and technical review on wireframes during the user experience design phase.
  • Produce necessary artifacts to guide the development team before actual work begins.
  • Deliver Solutions Design Documents as required.
  • Ensure the design is followed and document any changes during the development phase.
  • Review work produced by the development team.
  • Offer training to developers and serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and the team on all technical matters.
Requirements

We are seeking an individual with a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a reputable university, possessing 10+ years of hands-on experience preferably in Android, iOS, Flutter, and React Native.

  • Familiarity with native build tools like XCode and Gradle.
  • Understanding of REST APIs, documentation of request models, and offline storage concepts.
  • Ability to make critical architecture & design decisions, including data domain modeling, application of design patterns, and design using third-party components.
  • Prior experience working effectively in diverse/multiple stakeholder environments.
  • Proven expertise in engineering and software architecture design, with in-depth knowledge of coding languages, operating systems, and databases.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Effective communication with stakeholders, project managers, developers, and software vendors involved in the development process.
  • Able to identify potential short- and long-term risks that may cause technical issues and impede business operations.
  • Proficient in working with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts.
