Job Title: Chief Technology Officer

Overview

At ZenTech Agency, we are looking for a visionary leader to shape the future of our organization. As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you will be responsible for defining and executing our technical vision, aligning with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Technical Leadership & Strategy

    • Define the company's technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

    • Develop and implement architectural plans for scalable, secure, and robust systems.

    • Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies to enhance service offerings.

  2. System Architecture

    • Design system architecture, prioritizing high performance, scalability, and reliability.

    • Establish best practices and development frameworks for technology solutions.

  3. Project Management

    • Lead complex projects from conception to deployment, ensuring timely delivery.

    • Oversee project lifecycles, fostering collaboration and accountability within the technical team.

  4. Team Development

    • Build and mentor a strong technical team, promoting growth and innovation.

    • Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication within the technical team.

  5. Operational Oversight

    • Provide hands-on support in coding, debugging, and troubleshooting when necessary.

    • Optimize operational processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency in project execution.

  6. Client and Stakeholder Engagement

    • Engage directly with clients to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

    • Represent ZenTech in technical discussions with partners and stakeholders.

Qualifications

To succeed as the CTO, you must possess:

  1. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  2. Proven experience in a leadership role, such as CTO, Technical Lead, or System Architect.

  3. Strong expertise in system architecture, software development, and project management.

  4. Hands-on experience with technologies relevant to AI, healthcare, and fintech solutions.

  5. Proficiency in Agile methodologies and modern development frameworks.

  6. Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
