IT Security and Risk Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Security and Risk Management professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting audits of IT infrastructure, systems, and applications to assess risks, controls, and compliance.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of IT controls, cybersecurity, and risk frameworks, as well as good knowledge of databases, networks, and system development lifecycle (SDLC).

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, and 2-4 years of experience in IT audit or information security.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct audits of IT infrastructure, systems, and applications to assess risks, controls, and compliance.
  • Review IT policies, cybersecurity controls, data integrity, access management, and disaster recovery procedures.
  • Evaluate controls around core banking systems, ERPs, and digital platforms.
  • Perform vulnerability assessments and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., SBP, ISO, COBIT).
  • Prepare detailed audit reports with risk-based findings and recommendations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (CISA/CISM/ISO 27001 preferred).
  • 2–4 years of IT audit or information security experience.
  • Strong knowledge of IT controls, cybersecurity, and risk frameworks.
  • Good understanding of databases, networks, and system development lifecycle (SDLC).
