Construction Project Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Coordinator to oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring quality and safety compliance. The successful candidate will have experience in managing labor contracts and materials through ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Execution: Oversee day-to-day on-site construction activities, ensuring project plans and specifications are followed accurately.

2. Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control procedures, conducting regular inspections to ensure work meets established standards.

3. Safety Compliance: Enforce and promote safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment, conducting safety briefings and inspections to prevent accidents.

4. Contract Management: Search for labor contractors, prepare CS and approvals for labor contracts, and record keeping in ERP.

5. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of BOQs in ERP, raise MRFs for materials required, and coordinate with stores for material issuance.

6. Coordination: Align project goals with engineers and stakeholders, communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.

7. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, preparing progress reports, daily logs, and other relevant records.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with 10 years of proven experience as a Site Engineer in construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety protocols, excellent project management and organizational skills.
