Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Database Administrator to join our team. As a key member of the database management team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining high-availability and quality database systems tailored to end users' roles.


Key Responsibilities
  • Database Design and Implementation: You will design and implement databases based on end users' information needs, ensuring that they are scalable, secure, and meet business requirements.
  • Database Performance Optimization: You will minimize database downtime and optimize parameters for fast query responses, ensuring that the database system is always running at optimal levels.
  • Data Management and Security: You will provide proactive and reactive data management support, ensuring that all data is secure, private, and integrity-compliant.
  • Policies and Procedures: You will establish, enforce, and document database policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring compliance with organizational regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience as a Database Administrator: You must have proven experience as a Database Administrator, with a strong understanding of database standards and end-user applications.
  • Technical Skills: You should have hands-on experience with database design and implementation using Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and PostgreSQL, as well as familiarity with Open ERP Odoo, Nginx Web proxy, PostgreSQL pgAdmin, Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM), and SQL Server Management Studio.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: You must have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure, with excellent knowledge of data backup, recovery, security, integrity, and SQL.
