Software Engineering Leader

We are seeking a skilled software engineering leader to oversee the development of innovative software solutions.

This key role involves architecting and implementing complex systems while mentoring junior engineers.

You will work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to drive projects from conception to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and Implement Software Applications: Develop robust software applications and systems that meet business needs.
  2. Architect Secure Solutions: Create high-quality, secure, maintainable, and scalable solutions.
  3. Mentor Junior Engineers: Guide junior and mid-level engineers in knowledge sharing and skill development.
  4. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is an asset.
  2. Software Development Experience: 10+ years of experience in software development with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
  3. Technical Skills: Expertise in at least one backend language (e.g., Java, C#, Python) and frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).
  4. Database Design and Optimization: Proficiency in database design and optimization, including both SQL and NoSQL solutions.
  5. Cloud Platforms and DevOps: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and DevOps practices.
