The Design & Application Engineer role involves driving automation excellence by increasing efficiency and improving asset performance for manufacturers worldwide. With over 30 years of experience in integrated solutions to control, improve, and optimize manufacturing processes, we are seeking talented design champions to drive innovation.

Your Role In Driving Automation Excellence
  • Design, configure, integrate, and implement process control solutions for various industries.
  • Develop P&IDs and loop descriptions for diverse plants, processes, and equipment.
  • Develop user requirement specifications and detailed software/hardware design specifications.
  • Design, write, test, and document robust PLC, DCS, SCADA, and HMI software.
  • Develop validation/testing protocols to ensure system integrity and performance.
  • Specify and procure essential instrumentation, PLCs, DCSs, drives, and other electrical components.
  • Develop electrical and control panel schematics and scope of supply documents.
  • Manage and monitor automation projects to ensure timely execution.
  • Install, test, and commission control systems onsite; provide operator/engineer training on new systems.
What We're Looking For
  • Education: BSc Engineering – Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics from a recognized institute.
  • Experience: 1-4 years in industrial automation.
  • Project Phase Expertise: Knowledge of process manufacturing, field instrumentation, and control system installation/implementation across these phases: Requirements Documentation, Detailed Design Generation, Implementation, System Integration, Testing, Onsite Startup.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to cultivate strong relationships with customers and partners.
