Automation Leader

Job Description:

This role requires a visionary leader to design, develop, and implement state-of-the-art control and automation solutions. As Automation Leader, you will lead a team of talented engineers and technical experts to drive technical excellence and ensure successful project delivery.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to define project goals, scope, and deliverables.
  • Provide technical direction and mentorship to team members.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and partners to ensure project requirements are met.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • B.E (Electrical/Electronics/ Mechatronics) from a recognized institute.
  • Minimum of 7 – 8 years of practical experience working as Automation Engineer/Lead Engineer delivering to Process Control System requirements.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of process control automation system functions and applications.
