About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Sales/Marketing, Communications, or a related field. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills to drive sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Script Mastery: Develop a deep understanding of our company profile calling script, meeting script, and subscription packages with features.
- Sales Conversations: Deliver detailed and convincing calls, ensuring clear communication and commitments regarding leads or package up-gradation.
- Sales Performance: Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and targets.
- Daily Reporting: Provide working reports and meeting locations on a daily basis via WhatsApp group.
- Client Status Updates: Update the client's status on our live Excel sheet provided by the company.
- Customer Relationships: Foster strong, long-lasting relationships by partnering with clients and understanding their needs.
- Reporting and Forecasting: Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of our services.
- Weekly Strategies: Share weekly reporting about working strategies on clients, adapted during the week.
- Sales Team Supervision: Supervise and guide the sales team, motivating staff to achieve sales targets.
- Sales Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of the sales team.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain good working relationships with clients.
- Sales Opportunities: Identify opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
- Sales Meetings: Regularly attend sales meetings and training sessions.
- Emergency Coverage: Perform all duties of the Sales Manager in cases of absence or emergency.
- Flexible Work Environment: Demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Sales/Marketing, Communications, or a related field is advantageous.
- Experience: Great track record experience in sales and customer service.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication & problem-solving skills.
- Leadership: Strong management and leadership skills.
