Job Title: Theatre Artistic Director

We are seeking an experienced and visionary theatre artistic director to lead our team in Islamabad. As a seasoned professional, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement new initiatives, grow the reputation of our institution, and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams, managing budgets, and collaborating with artists and other stakeholders. You will be responsible for creating engaging productions, developing outreach programs, and building partnerships with local organizations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement artistic vision for the company
  • Lead and manage a team of artists and production staff
  • Collaborate with external partners to build relationships and secure funding
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient operation
  • Develop and maintain strategic plans to achieve organizational goals

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Theatre Arts or related field

  • Ability to think creatively and strategically
