Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced HR professional to join our organization in the role of HR Strategic Operations Manager. This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires a strong background in HR strategy, operations, and processes.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of managing employee relations, recruiting, EEOC compliance, benefits, compensation, and training functions within an HR department. Prior international work experience and supervisory experience are highly valued.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing guidance, coaching, and support to program management and personnel, while collaborating with corporate HR to implement organization-wide initiatives. You will also be responsible for facilitating management training and coaching sessions, as well as tracking, analyzing, and managing the actual costs versus budgeted costs of the HR department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee relations investigations and work closely with corporate legal and ethics entities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and operations plans
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and support to program management and personnel
  • Facilitate management training and coaching sessions
  • Track, analyze, and manage the actual costs versus budgeted costs of the HR department

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in an HR department, handling at least three key HR functions: employee relations, recruiting, EEOC compliance, benefits, compensation, and training
  • Prior international work experience of 2+ years and supervisory experience of 2+ years
  • Proven expertise in HR strategy and operations
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and personnel data management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
