Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Digital Media Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our digital media campaigns reach their target audiences through the most effective channels.

Your primary objective will be to manage all digital media campaigns to achieve business goals, which may vary from engagement, acquisitions, direct response, reach and frequency, etc.

  1. Campaign Planning and Execution: Actively manage all digital media campaigns to achieve business goals – which may vary from engagement, acquisitions, direct response, reach and frequency, etc.
  2. Budget Optimization: Optimize plans and budgets according to the best media mix.
  3. Schedule Management: Prepare schedules and adjust them when needed.
  4. Performance Monitoring: Monitor costs and return on investment (ROI), ROAS, and CPA.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in managing paid ads for the US Market
  • Proven 5-7 years of experience as a Media Buyer or similar role; experience in digital media is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or similar.
  • Strong computer skills with programs such as MS Office, Google Suite, and Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn.
  • Familiarity with media buying, planning, and research.
  • Interest in following advertising and media trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
