Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled digital marketing specialist to drive sales growth and develop effective digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Focusing on sales and contributing to aggressive growth in sales volume by developing and executing data-driven digital marketing strategies.
  • Planning and executing web, database marketing, email, social media marketing, pixel analysis, and display advertising campaigns to achieve desired business outcomes.
  • Designing, building, and maintaining our social media presence to engage with target audiences and increase brand visibility.
  • Measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identifying trends and insights to optimize spend and performance based on analytical data and recommending improvements to processes and user experience.
  • Brainstorming new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing and experimenting with innovative acquisition content, strategies & campaigns across paid and non-marketing channels.
  • Evaluating end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints to identify areas for improvement.
  • Optimizing user funnels by identifying critical conversion points and drop-off points and implementing data-driven solutions to improve conversion rates.
  • Creating and delivering reports and analysis that provide insights and solid recommendations for improvement and optimization.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry.
  • Proven working experience in leading and managing marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience and make data-driven decisions.
  • Expertise in Google, Facebook, Instagram ads, and content management systems.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
