Objective: Scale and Optimize Paid Ad Campaigns

We are looking for a skilled professional to manage and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of consistently generating high-quality leads.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Create and Run PPC Campaigns: Develop, execute, and continuously optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across various platforms to drive efficient lead generation.
  2. Audience Targeting and Bidding Strategies: Implement and refine audience targeting, bidding strategies, and conversion funnels to ensure maximum ROI.
  3. Creative Collaboration: Work closely with designers and copywriters to create compelling creatives and landing pages that resonate with target audiences.
  4. Performance Reporting: Provide weekly reports on key performance metrics (Cost per Lead, Click-Through Rate, Return on Ad Spend) and make data-driven adjustments to campaign strategies.

Requirements:

  1. Paid Media Experience: A minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience managing campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  2. Strong Understanding of Paid Media Strategies and Analytics: Possess in-depth knowledge of paid media tactics and be able to interpret analytics to inform campaign decisions.
  3. Bonus Skill: Previous experience in B2B lead generation is highly desirable.
