Accounting Advisory Services Career Opportunity

You will play a key role in our Financial Accounting Advisory Services team, providing expert advice to clients on accounting and financial reporting challenges.

The team works closely with businesses and finance teams to address risks related to accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory issues. As a trusted advisor, you will help clients navigate these challenges driven by the changing economic and regulatory environment.

  • Perform review and analysis to identify improvement opportunities in finance processes, automation, financial reporting, controls, and governance.
  • Leverage analytical techniques to drive value while providing meaningful business information effectively.
  • Assess the requirements of accounting standards and their implementation considerations for clients.
  • Contribute to project delivery and business development activities, including proposal development and quality and risk management.
  • Research industry advancements to ensure clients stay at the forefront of leading practices.

  • Flawless English communication skills; Arabic is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in managing teams and working on multiple engagements simultaneously.
  • Strong team collaboration and knowledge-sharing skills to manage and support the team.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or a related field.
  • Relevant professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, or equivalent.
  • At least 3-7 years of experience in a Big 4 environment with significant experience in Banks and other financial service sector clients.
  • In-depth understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and their application in financial reporting and analysis.
  • Proficiency in addressing complex accounting issues and developing accounting papers.
