Secure and scalable infrastructure solutions are crucial for business success. We're seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to develop and maintain automated systems, ensuring seamless collaboration between developers, system administrators, and other teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and manage scalable infrastructure using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation to ensure efficient resource utilization and scalability.
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps to streamline software development and deployment processes.
  • Monitor application performance and reliability using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or New Relic to identify areas for improvement and optimize system efficiency.
  • Automate system administration tasks and infrastructure provisioning to reduce manual effort and minimize errors.
  • Manage containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes to ensure secure and efficient container management.
  • Ensure system availability, reliability, and security across development, test, and production environments by identifying and addressing potential vulnerabilities and risks.
  • Work closely with development teams to support build, release, and deployment pipelines, ensuring smooth integration of new features and updates.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues in staging and production environments to minimize downtime and maximize system uptime.
  • Apply best practices for logging, monitoring, and alerting to ensure prompt detection and resolution of system issues.
  • Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures to ensure easy understanding and replication of system configurations and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field to provide a solid foundation in programming principles and software engineering.
  • 2+ years of experience in a DevOps or infrastructure automation role to demonstrate hands-on expertise in system administration, automation, and infrastructure management.
  • Proficiency with at least one scripting language (e.g., Bash, Python) to enable effective automation and scripting of system tasks and processes.
  • Strong understanding of Linux/Unix systems and networking fundamentals to ensure deep knowledge of system architecture and network protocols.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) to leverage cloud-based services and technologies for scalability, flexibility, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools to streamline software development, testing, and deployment processes.
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes to ensure secure and efficient container management.
  • Familiarity with Git and version control workflows to facilitate collaborative development and ensure version control consistency.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with security best practices in cloud and DevOps environments to ensure robust security measures and compliance with industry standards.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies to facilitate iterative development, continuous improvement, and collaborative teamwork.
  • Certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert to demonstrate advanced skills and expertise in DevOps and infrastructure automation.
