Job Opportunity: Quality Assurance Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance (QA) professional to lead our QA efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, quality assurance, and team management.

Job Description:

The QA Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing quality strategies to ensure the delivery of high-quality products. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify quality issues, defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain quality standards and procedures
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to identify quality issues and develop solutions
  • Define and track KPIs to measure quality performance
  • Drive process improvements and implement best practices
  • Select and maintain technology tools related to the QA process
Requirements:
  • 10+ years experience in software testing and quality assurance
  • 3+ years of experience managing a team
  • Experience setting up and maintaining Continuous Integration (CI) systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
