Job Title: Senior Sales Executive

Description:

We are seeking an experienced and accomplished Senior Sales Executive to lead our sales team and drive business growth. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
  • Mentor and coach junior sales team members to develop their skills and expertise.
Requirements:
  1. At least two years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in life insurance or bancassurance.
  2. Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on driving revenue growth and expanding customer base.
  3. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
