We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the establishment of our water plant and oversee its ongoing operations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in setting up food networks.

This is a key role within our senior management team, requiring the ability to maintain control of diverse business operations. We are looking for an experienced startup professional and efficient leader who can drive growth and success.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop all departments and prepare for launch.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of all operation departments.
  • Develop the operations and monitoring system of the entire division and explore feasibilities.
  • Maintain maximum profitability of the business.
  • Expand the portfolio by adding new business streams.
  • Participate in management meetings and translate the intent of Senior Management into strategy and procedures for the team.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in water plant operations and at least 5 years as Chief Operating Officer.
  • Understanding of business functions such as Finance, Procurement, Water Plant, Retail, and Transport.
  • Demonstrate competency in strategic planning and Business Development.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Degree in Engineering/Business Administration or relevant field.
